About me
I am warm, down to earth and approachable as well as experienced, professional and ethical therapist. I trained at Metanoia Institute and qualified with an MSc in Clinical Integrative Psychotherapy. Metanoia Institute is one of the most highly recognised training institutes in the UK.
Alongside my practice, I am a psychotherapist for South London and Maudsley NHS Trust, working with people who have experienced traumatic life events.
In addition I have worked for the Helen Bamber Foundation, a charity which supports survivors of torture and other human right’s violations.
I am a qualified Art Therapist with a PGDip from University of Hertfordshire,
and a qualified Horticultural Therapist. I worked for the NHS using horticulture and gardening therapeutically to help alleviate symptoms of trauma.
I am the co-author of 'Grounding' a resource book with tools, stories and recipes to aid recovery from trauma, published by South London and Maudsley NHS Trust. You can find out more through the project’s Facebook page at
